Yes — we deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales free of charge on orders over £500. Most orders ship within 1–5 working days. Northern Ireland and the Highlands may incur a small surcharge, which we'll quote at checkout.

Every electric vehicle ships with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering the frame, motor and electronics. The battery carries its own 12-month performance warranty. If anything goes wrong, email support@voltryv.co.uk with your order number and we'll handle it.

Range varies by model and rider weight, but our folding e-bikes typically run 35–55 miles per charge, and long-range models reach 75+ miles. Each product page lists its tested range. A full charge takes 4–6 hours from a standard UK 3-pin socket.

UK-spec e-bikes (250W, pedal-assist, max 15.5 mph) don't require a license, tax or insurance — you can ride them anywhere a normal bike is allowed. Higher-powered "speed pedelecs" and electric scooters have different rules; the product page makes the legal classification clear before you buy.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you're cancelling, then a further 14 days to send the item back — the cancellation rights UK law gives you on anything bought online. Keep it unused and in its original packaging, and we'll refund in full within 14 days of it reaching us. If the item is faulty or not as described we cover the return postage; if you've simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours and we'll deduct it from the refund.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number (it looks like EV-2026-0001). Use that number on the Track Order page anytime — no account needed. We also email you the moment the order ships.
